Return policy

 

If training plans are not emailed to the customer within 14 days, assuming the customer has provided sufficient information for the creation of it. Then a refund request will be permitted.

 

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items (plans). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised plans.
